By creating an account or using Guess Anime (guessanime.moe), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Guess Anime is a free multiplayer game where you race other players in real time to recognize audio clips and images from anime openings, endings, and related content.
The service is provided "as is", free of charge, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and a username that's genuinely yours. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens through your account.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to get around game limits or enforcement action is not allowed.
Rules of conduct
By using the service, you agree not to: cheat or exploit bugs for an unfair advantage; use scripts, bots, or other automation; harass or insult other players in chat; pick an offensive username or impersonate someone else; or try to disrupt the service (overload it, break into it, or scrape it at scale).
We may warn, suspend, or remove any account that breaks these rules, at our discretion, without notice in cases of serious abuse.
Content and intellectual property
The audio clips, images, titles, and metadata used in the game come from third-party anime databases (for example AniDB, MyAnimeList, and AnimeThemes) and are used for identification and quiz purposes. Rights to that material belong to its respective owners; Guess Anime claims no ownership over it.
Guess Anime's logo, visual identity, and original images (for example emoji-style avatars) that don't come from an anime or other third-party work are original creations and are protected by copyright - except for interface icons (buttons, menus, and so on), which come from a third-party icon library. Reproducing or reusing these creations without permission is not allowed.
Content you post (your username, chat messages) stays yours, but you allow us to display it to other players as part of normal gameplay, and to moderate or remove it if it breaks these terms.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or to protect the service and its other users.
Limitation of liability
Guess Anime is provided free of charge with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses, service interruptions, or data loss arising from your use of the service.
